(50% of total rent is required to hold reservation.  Balance due at least 30 days prior to check-in.)

Security Deposit - $300 required at least 30 days prior to check-in.  Refunded after owner/manager inspection for damage or excessive cleaning costs.

Cancellation - If, for any reason, you cancel within 30 days of check-in, 100% of your rent will be forfeited if we are unable to rent the home for your rental period. Your security deposit will be returned in either case.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for any weather related conditions. If the mountain is closed (prior to your arrival date) and you do not stay in the chalet for any period of time, we will refund 100% of your rental amount plus your security deposit.

I have read the Chalet Stembogen helpful hints and agree to abide by their directions.  I understand the terms of payment and agree to abide by them.
